Let me respond again if I may; While Sacramento is mostly White, there are whole entire swaths of town that are black as can be.
Meadowview. Oak Park, Valley High, Del Paso Heights, North Highlands, Rancho Cordova, etc. most of these have a lot of niggers, only Oak Park is mostly black. Mostly.
