This seems edited where he's talking about accusations of not being born in America and the editor has taken bits from his discussing the accusation and spliced it into the conversation in a way that makes him sound like he's admitting it instead of talking about accusations. The audio is jerky when it gets to Kenya and his back is turned and it's really cobbled together. It would be believable if he did a speech in his past, before presidency, admitting his Kenyan roots and then the speech was memory holed, but he would never discuss this during presidency or post-presidency. And the people in the crowd would note have sat there so fucking casually while he said it either. There would have been gasps and people freaking out, and Obummers body language would have been awkward as fuck trying to admit it
