Movies and books predict things the same way that technological ideas occur - there is an field of information around all of us that contains all knowledge.
Some people are able to tap into this field better than most - something we can attribute to 'imagination' or the like.
It isn't surprising that books like 1984, etc are called 'instruction manuals' because the imagination of the author could have been fueled by 'seeing' the events from connecting with this knowledge field.
It's called divination, and it is demonic. They are creations of those divinations and demonic entities to program the people. This is called predictive programming. It's not called predictive because it predicts things. It's called predictive, because they're telling you beforehand how things will unfold by presenting it to you as a fictional scenario, one which the mind will accept as fictional, the goal being, to make it difficult if not impossible to move that solidified memory from an easily recognizable 'fiction movie' into 'current reality' being perpetrated on all of humanity in a similar dystopian, totalitarian manner.
