I've learned to not care about the NPCs for that very reason. They'll follow when it's time ... or maybe they'll just be dead. Or the enemy will short circuit their graphene blood and will just melt

I disagree. I care about the NPCs. When the power shifts it will be the NPCs who do the legwork. We just have to turn them against their current masters. The meme war of 2016 terrified the jews, because it worked so well. There are still millions of MIGA/Qtard NPCs running loose, it won't take much to point them in the right direction.
