The other day there was an article about how the WWF put a bounty on pictures of forest fires in the Amazon. So an enterprising local NGO started setting forest fires and photographing them to sell to the WWF.

Want to bet someone said "hey, $10,000 for a sad picture of wildlife injured by a straw" and suddenly all the nature photographers were strapping on their flippers looking for a fish to stab.

What gets me is that only the muzzles are considered contagious. People walk out of a store then treat their useless little mask like it's a biohazard, but they don't give a shit about the rest of their clothes or groceries which are logically just as contaminated.

A second's thought should make these people feel like idiots and stop doing it, but they don't even think for that long.

My first observance of this phenomenon was out of my state at a small local business and I was equally disgusted. I returned to the same small business when a different employee was working who attempted to force me to receive and adorn myself with a muzzle so I left and will never return. I came to the conclusion that the littered masks at this location were a result of the attempted forced muzzling and resentment of the losing party who could not bring themselves to retain ownership of the symbol of slavery.
