‘Man half asses an attempt to help’ is more like it. Once you start swinging you’re already involved, may as well eliminate the threat since you’ll be charged for as much anyway.

Zero tolerance means that every encounter is viewed as the most heinous, you should make your “crime” fit your punishment.

Multiple witnesses alleged that this incident was a hate crime but the police refused to record their statements.

There's no such thing as a "hate crime", but the niggers were definitely motivated by their hatred of White people.
