A single report that appeared on Reddit about five yrs ago, said local ppl say the black on black killings in Detroit which has similar figures to Chitown are not for the most part "gang related," that black mercenaries recruited in Africa have been let loose in the city and it is they who are carrying out the bulk of the killings, a black residents association appealed to Federal authorities for military protection, if their appeal ever came to anything is not known.

An accompanying story also from Detroit concerned the murder of a young black male by blacks who were known to frequent a certain area, thus in response to [black] police inaction and indifference the victim's mother conducted her own investigation, she identified the killers then took that knowledge back to the same police who she said remained uninterested .. anarchy reigns in black America.
