People misattribute civilizational collapse to an exhaustion of resources instead of the failure of institutions to measure capital (accurately) ... a failure of accounting

Id have to watch that to make a judgement. Doesn’t seem like a deal breaker though. I don’t think we can expect our cultural leaders to be infallible.
