The time you post is important because the site traffic determines how many views you get. Holidays get more views than normal days. Weekends normally do too. There is a bizarre number of hostile leftards on /b/ theses days. As is with any major site with public discourse and advertiser funding sustaining it. Posting there may be more trouble than its worth.
