What is a 3rd hole? I've heard of the 19th hole, so I'm guessing "3rd hole" is a hip flash for alcoholics who get DT on the third tee. Err, no. That cannot be it :-(

Third holes are drilled in semiauto lowers for the installation of a full auto sear.
