Most British men during WW2 were fighting the war. As such,British women were pretty much on their own (and horny) when the American troops came through. This is pointing out how jumping on white American dicks (who were close to British since many Americans are descended from Brits) can lead to jumping on less close white dicks and finally chinks and niggers.
