Fat people are a drain on resources while anti-vaxxers are not.

Most fat are so by choice. Very very few are fat due to unpreventable medical reasons. And you can in fact lose weight, which will help prevent illness.

Lets have separate hospitals. Republicans will have their own hospitals, Democrats will have their own hospitals. We can all run them the way that we want.

Democrats can pay whatever they want in taxes for theirs, Republicans can get private doctors with private healthcare. See how long it takes for Republican hospitals to be called white privilege.

We all know that if that happened jews would very quickly be running both sets of hospitals.

A better model is fraternal societies: It used to be the norm that local people of the same profession and ethnic group would be members of an insurance organisation that would organise healthcare and injury pay for it's members. This was a very hard model to corrupt since membership was by invitation only and new organisations could be formed at will. The actual healthcare work was subcontracted out to doctors and surgeons at bulk rates.

I actually think fat people do not choose to be fat. I think its genetics and environment.

To tell the truth, I don’t think people are choosing to take the vax or not. Its just genetics and cultural programming. I don’t think you can prove we have free will at all.

I believe serial killers exist because some people have microscopic brain damage due to infections. I think a lot of mental illness is from damage due to infectious agents. These are behaviors that don’t seem to have a useful purpose within an evolutionary context. Something has gone wrong with the brain.

I don’t really think we have free will. We operate under the illusion that we do or we would go crazy. But we really don’t. Imo.
