I remember playing Cowboys and injuns, we could never get anyone to play injun.

Only problem was leaving some Indians alive to whine about it.

In my neighborhood it was called 'cowboys and itchy-bums' and did so for many years of my childhood.
On account of some older kid telling us real actual injuns, didn't wear underpants or have toilet-paper and after riding horses all day, had insanely dirty stinky butts that they couldn't clean.
Hence why they were always depicted doing little dances shouting, hooping and hollering = Itchy-bums.
