Essential oils are highly potent volatile extractions from these plants. If they contain phytoestrogens they will be absorbed by the skim.

Never put essential oils directly on skin.

Never ingest essential oils.

"Essential" oils are used to treat nothing at all. They don't do any of the things the loyal, true and faithful followers of idiocy repeat that they do.

I use it as an air freshener type thing on occasion. Makes the air smell different. I don't use it to treat anything though.
