Does anyone have the video of Wolfgang Halbig explaining the active shooter drill that WOULD HAVE been followed, if there had been a real shooting? He had a bunch of people in a room with him and played a video for them and took questions afterwards. I can't find it

There was the picture (can’t find it anymore) of the kids lined up single file, hands on the shoulders of the kid in front, like a centipede. It was supposed to be a picture of the evacuation, but the kids were wearing summer clothing on December 12th in the north east, yeah right.
