Why can't I access voat.co or talk.lol from my VPN?

Have you tried switching VPN locations? Some countries are probably blocked for sure.

Yes, tried voat.xyz. Also tried talk.lol.

Can't switch locations. VPN only allows one.

VPN out is in Scandinavia.

Based in Canada and they log data. I wouldn’t touch it.

The company that owns them Netcrawled LLC has it in their privacy policy that they do log information required by law. Maybe btguard says they don’t, but their umbrella says they do.

Honestly idk anymore on being 100% as to recommend to someone. I just wouldn’t touch any that host in 5eyes countries.

The DNS should be linked to the VPN provider, or there is no point in using that provider, as you are not receiving any protection if you are leaking your DNS requests.

With that said, OP's VPN provider must be shite.
