The only solid advice here is to clam up; besides that there's a bunch of misinfo in this babbling.

Also, imagine taking advice on how to deal with cops from some well-to-do boomer stoned out of his mind.

What info is wrong? Most of it seems pretty standard.

Off the top of my head (because I’m not watching that shit again):

- The cop doesn’t have to tell you why he pulled you over. This jew says they do, he’s wrong.
- The question “Am I being detained” is retarded in the context of a traffic stop — yes, you’re being detained, that’s what the pretty lights are for; also, the cop doesn’t have to answer you. No answer means yes by default.
- The jew acts like every traffic stop begins with a cliched question, ie “Where you off to in such a hurry?” or “Do you know why I stopped you?” Most agencies, particularly in CA, insist on the Thompson traffic stop technique, which doesn’t allow for any of that specifically because of the problems it can create.

Basically, I’d venture to say this jew has dealt with only a handful of cops at best and he’s (ironically) offering advice based on what he’s seen in TV and movies, but slanted from the perspective of an arrogant jew with a law degree. He has no police background, no relevant training.

In fact, it wouldn’t surprise me if a healthy percentage of his revenue comes from clients that use his advice and find themselves under heavier scrutiny than they otherwise would. That’s what his advice does — it may be well within your right to ask if you’re being detained, but on a typical traffic stop? You’re basically begging to be kept longer, and any courtesy the cop might’ve shown you goes out the window because you’ve just informed him you want everything done squarely by the book, ticket and all. Not good if you’re some spic with a few pounds of coke in the engine well.

I just looked it up, yep. This is (((Marc Wasserman))), and he runs the "Pot Brothers at Law" legal firm with his brother Craig, serving stoners and nigger bale runners in California.

He acts a bit douchey. He wants to be so cool blowing the reefer smoke. I think he acts like a slimy jew.

But definitely, shut the fuck up when the police are concerned.

I've been pulled over while technically doing illegal things but were mostly harmless and I was very nice and polite to the officer and the cops were cool and understanding of the situations and let me go without any issue. I didn't have to get defensive or give any "am I free to go or am I being detained" spiel, I just treated them with respect and wasn't doing extremely unsafe or dangerous to begin with.

I feel like when you get really defensive and start repeating am "I free to go or am I being detained" it's going to come off as abrasive. The only situation I could see that being necessary in is if a cop is really trying to fuck with you, but in most everyday situations are unnecessary
