I've been waiting for this to come to pass. People don't realize that while there are many aspects that need to function for a society to work, the truckers/cargo ships are a end point bottle neck. None of the farming, fabrication manufacturing will matter if nobody comes to pick up your shit. If the trucks don't deliver groceries, you will starve to death.

Very true. I just find myself thinking more and more these days about the final lights out. What I keep coming back too is that the while yes some of our people can be saved, I fear far too many have become corrupted and are beyond saving and will become more of a hinderence then a help.

The point of sending them to school is to get them away from you, her parent, during her most critical developmental years.
