After the reconquest of Iberia, the Muslims were executed and the Jews were either exiled or converted to Christianity. The inquisition existed to find out the converso (Converted Jew) who were still practicing Judaism and trying to undermine Spain and Christendom.

Now you know that the inquisition wasn't a witch hunt against non-pious Christians, but uprooting sneaky Kikes.
