Yes. He should implement it because it would make it harder for trolls to just create an account and start trolling chat.

Yes, but it would prevent maybe 2-3 trolls from coming back, wouldn't do anything against the unbanned faggots.

Sub chats are needed, make ALS cry some more about muh free speech as he treats chat as his personal blog.
