I used to work with a guy who did procurement for the Dallas PD (or sheriff?). They had Mk-19s (belt-fed, blowback-operated, air-cooled, crew-served, fully-automatic weapon systems-that fired a 40mm explosive projectile). To my knowledge, (MSDs for the standard M430 HEDP round) There aren't less-lethal rounds for that weapon system. Generally, we weren't allowed to use it in Afghanistan.
