This guy used to work at Kmart and digitized the cassettes of music they'd play over the sound system.
A lot of the music is instrumentals of the hits of the time. There are also audio adverts in the recordings (nicely narrated).
Many of the recordings sound like precursors to vaporwave or mallsoft.
Per the archivist's descriptions:
"OK, I have to admit this this is a strange collection. In the late 1980's and early 1990's, I worked for Kmart behind the service desk and the store played specific pre-recorded cassettes issued by corporate. This was background music, or perhaps you could call it elevator music. Anyways, I saved these tapes from the trash during this period and this video shows you my extensive, odd collection."

i still member how the organic store 2km from my house had Cannon D major (in 2018) i was stunned and Surprised such white expression of culture was allowed to exist in an era full of negroid culture
but then again, niggers don't buy organic neither do jews (maybe.. who knows) so it is obvious they gotta keep the music appropriate for the consumer-base
though god knows if i went there today there would be nigger music all over it...
I worked at a large restaurant chain. Decent enough music. Until that Christmas where the same version of Jingle Bell rock was on both sides of the tape. Decades later and I still can't stomach a cheddar biscut or that song.

That happened to me with Ministry's Brave New Order one halloween when me and the missus were working as monsters at the Queen Mary for a dumb halloween thing they were doing. It was kind of fun, and paid well for how silly and easy and after-hours it was, which was nice.
Good thing ministry is faggot so I don't mind never listening to them again. Pity, though, I really liked them in the late 80s / early 90s.
Kmart was comfortable, Ace Hardware always brings me back to better times. Ace is still good, but if you can find a Kmart it's gonna be brimming with niggers.
There are still Kmarts somewhere? They all died 'round these parts along with Sears. Sad. Both stores were great back in the day, before they combined to form SHITTY SHIT!
