If you want to lose fat, you need to strongly drop carbohydrates and add protein.

"metabolic privilege" may be the dumbest thing I've ever heard.

I will say weight loss for larger people is harder, but you have more weight to lose.

fatties have a shitty diet and usually a shitty mentality and those 2 things compound each other. you only get "metabolic" issues when your body is forced to cope.
