For early outpatient covid, the FLCCC is recommending around 25 to 40 mg a day for 5 days for a 150 lbs person. That is a max cum dose of 200mg. That is quite a bit higher than has been typically used for parasitic infection, but there have been multiple human and animal studies that establish this to be well within safety range. Those ivermectin tubes for 1250 lbs horses have 113 mg. each

Studies have shown that single doses around 135 mg (for 150lbs person) are safe and 65mg a day for 3 days is safe and ~110mg 2x a week for 12 weeks was safe. There are some drugs that interact with ivm and most are mild interactions but they could lower your tolerance somewhat.

Maybe this guy was using the liquid injectable form. It might be easier to make a mistake with. But there is a wide safety margin.

Ive read some case studies on much larger overdoses. Almost everybody hospitalized with IVM toxicity (and it is very rare) recovers fully. The average lethal dose for dogs is 80mg /kg.

I know this drug has rarely been associated with elevated liver enzymes indicating damage and they have all been temporary— full recovery. Nothing in the literature about anyone needing a liver transplant. Moderate side effects are change in visual perception and nausea and are transient. If his liver is toast, its because he already had a bad liver. If he had a really bad OD he wouldn’t be talking. I would bet they are gaslighting him on the enzymes and the “blindness” is gone in a few days. Unless he had river blindness which is what this stuff is used to cure sometimes. She’s full of shit. The most common reason to have an adverse effect with this drug is because it kills parasites in you which then can cause sepsis or anaphylaxis. I know Ive read more on this drug than that fucking tictoc dancer and probably her doctor as well.
