2% of calls about Ivermectin. 70% of those 2% were about horse paste.

Made with 100% pure fruit juice. 24k pure gold plating.

Ivermectin is pretty safe. It is a neurotoxin in high doses but mammals have a blood brain barrier formed with p-glycoproteins which blocks the drug— parasites dont. A few drugs which affect p-glycoproteins could theoretically lower your tolerance to the drug. These are antifungals, statins, calcium channel blockers, glucocorticoids, a few others. Most of these interactions are mild and not observed clinically. Initially the guidance on IVM for covid was to take 0.2 mg/kg for two days. They are now suggesting 0.4 to 0.6 mg/kg for 5 days. That would be in the ball park of 1 or 2 full tubes of 1250 lbs horse paste or around 24 to 54 mg a day, depending on weight, symptoms, risk factors, meds, etc. — 2 to 3 times the metered dose on the plunger. I would shoot for 2 unless I was really sick. But it seems as if some really extreme cases of overdose do not result in fatality. Mean lethal dose is between 25 and 80 mg/kg based on other mammals which is like 10 to 40 times the cumulative dose of these reommendations. So even if you ate 2 full horse tubes all at once your would not die and would probably not have a severe reaction. You might have a bad day or two. Severe IVM toxicity is marked by significant neurological symptoms like extreme sedation, twitching, dilated pupils, drooling. Mild transient symptoms would be changes in visiual perception, nausea. The stuff tastes horrible. Many listed side effects of IVM are related to parasites dying in the body and not relevant to covid.

IVM is not necessarily safe in pregnant women. Higher doses associated with defects in lab animals.

People over 45 or 50 might benefit from 1 or 2 doses at .2 mg/kg a week. FLCCC recommends 2 a week. My senior parent is taking 18 mg once a week with no problems. He is really fucking old. I think the benefits outweigh the risk for him.

I wouldn't go eating a tube of horse paste medicine. The most I would do is the standard clinical dose for humans, but I just go with daily Vitamin D supplements, nothing crazy.

I ate the horse paste, but at the earlier suggested dose of one tube over 4-5 days.

It was fine, but didn't really do the trick. I probably should've doubled the dose ... but I'm over it now.

The AP should do this more often
