Exactly how does the prostate gland affect sperm production?

Those are two different things.

Both are (somewhat) needed to perform the act of reproduction, but the prostate still functions pretty well with cancer (otherwise most men would catch the signs of cancer very very early)

So I guess high PSA is an indicator of prostatitis, with prostate cancer being an significant cause of prostatitis. Inflamation could indicate permanent damage. Or just temporary problems that will resolve. Obviously this is highly retarded to to to males that haven’t had children. Unless theys be black.

I see a lot of needless needle biopsies in the future for vaxtards. Ow.
