The no-fly list has arbitrary criteria, no oversight, and ZERO due process.
This is a direct violation not only of the Second Amendment (the right to keep and bear arms), but also the Fifth and Fourteenth (no person shall be deprived of life, liberty, or property without due process of law).

The Constitution is literally a contract between the Government and The People. When the Government breaks the contract, it's up to The People to rectify/remedy the situation--- up-to and including toppling the Government.
