For older guys, is it worth it to lose a little T but gain protection from covid? Possibly.

If you’re only taking it for 5 ays to combat covid, then who cares if your T drops for a few weeks. I doubt it would have permanent effect on fertility. They would have discovered that by now with livestock. Right now some docs are using avodart on covid patients to surpress androgens since they increase ACE2 expression or TMPRSS2 or some shit like that. So the T surpression may be beneficial for the short term.

or you could use the CDC dosage which would be 200mcg/kg once a day for 2 days. your only buddies who are getting in trouble are the ones that leaked that afghani refugees are being dosed with Ivermectin before the come to the US.

There is also bimectin. All basically the same product. 1.87% oral paste which is dosed by the pound at 1 mg per pound (.2mg /kg.) and you can measure doses to the nearest 4.5 mg. Avoid products with praziquantel or pour-ons.

Which can be used orally if you can meassure accurately to the nearest 1/2 ml or so with an eyedropper, pipette or something like that. A little more bang for the buck .

If you take it for prophylaxis you might use around 15 to 40 mg per week? If you had covid you might take a similar amount per day for 5 days or so? One tube of horsepaste might be enough to get you through covid but you might want two just in case. Current recommendation from the FLCCC for symptomatic covid is 0.4 mg /kg to 0.6mg/kg, which is 2 to 3 times the dose on the plunger for the horse paste. I would go with 2x, so 150 lb person would take the 300 lb dose at that regimen.
