If they are going to make up a random database, then how do they use it to deny rights to the unvaxxed? They want to deny rights to the unvaxxed in order to force 100% vax rate. In order to do that, they need to be able to identify who is unvaxxed. Anyone with write access could, theoretically speaking, slowly merge various citizen databases (drivers licenses, birth certificates, etc.) with the official vax database. Soon everyone in the country is officially vaxxed. No more denying rights to the unvaxxed?
Unfortunately, now days that is effectively impossible. It's on AWS or Azure or Google Cloud and it's not getting deleted.
And it's backed up in real time.
Now, getting a copy via stupid op sec, ok, that could be done.
But, other than the power stupids, accessing professional sites is state-level black magic now. The stupid website, the 100 person company, the occasional stupid corporate - OK. But you're not getting this.
What about corruption of the DB? Anyone with write access.... over time add fake records covering everyone in the country. Now everyone has officially been vaxxed, no denying rights to the unvaxxed. Theoretically speaking, what would happen in such a senario?

Sure, and being able to add 100's of records at a time would be great.
It would be best to pre-add everyone's records, correct ID: stupid data (fake records will not interact with humans' surveillance)
