Do voats given to comments made by unmasked users in anon subs count towards their CCP? Can these comments be seen in a user's comment log on their profile?

minor note... sometimes site seems to hang for 20 to 30 seconds after adding a comment, as of 48 hours ago or less.

In the computer world, anything longer than 18.0 seconds (raid drive spinups) is pathological

In the computer world, any gui longer than 2 seconds should switch to watch mouse cursor or beachball. It used to be one half a second in 1980s with Macintosh GUI rules.

If not server warm restarts, I think you are using database fields not pre indexed, or doing table search or scan out of elimination seive order.

SELECT record subsets, then apply SORTs, never sort until pile of records is small.

and speed up SELECTS by presorting criteria used in a new index

if its a hash thats missing in your main database for comments, then prehash them all for faster "comment content" compares.

all i know is I saw it over 3 times, so it started to look atypical.

it might have been db table expansions or some other reason earlier

put a client side millisecond timer after a user hits submit and then on client side have it send error back status URLS for all hangs over 20 seconds, so you can track these
