Here's some relevant information just to compare...in 1967 the average minimum wage in America was 1.50$, 6 quarters, which if you added all the silver in said quarters would have been roughly 1 ounce of silver...which is worth 41$ today

Add to that, depending on your area, the increase cost of living, lets say 150% increase in a geographical area from 1967 to now

To stay in line with the cost of living, as well as give us equal "purchasing" power our parents had/maybe some grandparents...minimum wage would have to be roughly 100$/hour
