article author has not been to 3rd world countries. yes the usa is on the down hill and may get there. but no 3rd world isnt safe.

ever been shoot at? had a bunch of rifles pointed at you randomely? had nowhere to get water or food?

on average you'll get that more. even more than in chicago. most people never go to these countries or they stay in the hotels of the richest area.

i had to good or bad luck to see the rest in a few countries, and nothings like your first time being run off by 1000ppl or having people point rifles at you and be like "i got this and youre not from here so i will shoot". im still not sure how i managed to live through some places (sheer luck mostly)

The homeless fucks in my particular shithole have exploded in numbers. We're lucky enough to have squatter camps on offramps, by the train tracks in high traffic areas and in dirt lots near shopping centers. They leave gigantic piles of trash everywhere and have had their camps razed and cleaned by hazmat teams due to them being so nasty.
There are some near my barber and he doesn't take that shit. He brought a trash bag out to the ones nearby and told them to stop fucking everything up and clean up after themselves and made them do it immediately.

I used to think these people were just down on their luck. I'm not that gullible anymore. These people cost shitloads of money, my money, to deal with (camps set up by the city with showers and free food) and it only incentivizes them to continue their shitty behavior.

New York City had a program where they would pay for one-way transportation and a year's rent in any city in order to get their homeless population down.
All one had to do was show that they were living in one of the city's shelters for at least 90 days.
And they're not the only city known to do this.
They're dumping their problem on other states.
