This topic came up a few weeks ago, no end for anon anytime soon. I often don't vote on the anon meme posts because I like to see named users rewarded for their effort to bring good content. I will still upvote anon posts that have merit though. Regardless, votes won't add or take away points from the OP and they won't show up in your voting counts either.

I think It would have people at least be accountable in their “score” but not to anyone outside of anon.

So if someone posts dumb stupid shit that gets downvoted, it would affect their post/comment score. But also not be ridiculed/stalked in public; non anon subs.

I guess I’m on a tangent now, but what is the overall purpose of an anon sub? To avoid post/comment score participation, or to avoid profile history from users?
