If a guide was made, it really should have all the physical traits that CANNOT BE CORRECTED by plastic surgery.

No way you can move your ear holes, even if you tilt them right. WAY TOO EASY to fix a nose. Lips and mouths may be borderline unreliable as well.

Can be that, or it can be also excessively thick lips. In either case it's likely their mouth will be unnaturally wide.

Apparently the ears are tilted back, earlobes attached, and lower than the "corner of the eye".
