Best to do Mewing while wearing braces. I never really read into it as much when I was a teen, but mostly kept my mouth closed and tounge to roof of mouth and got a nice chisled jaw out of it including extra repair to my jaw & teethline with the braces. Never had invsilign or invisible braces, just the metal and rubber bands that were tightened everytime I visited. Despite the pain & agony, it was worth it.
