So you are saying to take on day 1 of symptoms? And 4 and 14 and 30 from the start of covid? I don’t think this is an aggressive enough dosing regimen.

Covid19criticalcare.com is recommending up to 5 days (in a row), once a day at a dosage of .4mg to .6 mg per kg . For a 150 lbs person that is 27 to 40 mg once a day for up to 5 days, higher doses for higher risk factors.

If you dose your bodyweight on the Durvet plunger, you are only getting .2mg per kg which is only about 14 mg. It won’t be enough for some people.

Smaller people (125lb or so ) should take 1/5 of the tube (250 lb dose) for up to 5 days. That is at the .4mg dose — at that rate you could even afford to take it 6 or 7 days.

Bigger people (200lbs ) should take roughly 1/3 of the tube once a day and could take about 2 tubes max.

You should try to take the medicine all at once with a somewhat fatty meal to increase absorbsion.

Ivermectin is not safe for pregnant women.

Ivermectin only has a few drugs that it seriously interacts with. Drugs listed as having mild to moderate interactions with it can basically be taken with it with very low risk such as statins calcium channel blockers, glucocorticoids. The covid19criticalcare site has a list of drugs with interactions with ivermectin and they recommend which drugs you can basically ignore the interactions of.

Aspirin is good to take when you have covid but I would limit aspirin to about 325 mg a day on the days that you are taking ivermectin— they are both blood thinners and you could get into trouble if you took higher doses of aspirin. On days you aren’t taking IVM you could take 600 - 800, maybe 1000mg of aspirin, to fight blood clots.

Pepsid/ famotidine is another good drug to take to help lung inflamation/breathing. You could take up to 12 pepsid a day and still be pretty safe.

I would take around 60 to 100 mg of zinc but I don’t think its going to boost ivermectin or anything.

Vitamin D 10,000 to 20,000 IU a day for at least a week.

Vitamin C 5000mg or more, if you dont get the shits.

Important to use an antiseptic mouthwash and nose spray 3x a day for the first 5 days of symptoms or so. Listerine Advanced works the best. Also some mouthwashes with cetylpyridinium (something like that). You can make antiseptic nose spray by mixing 10% povidone-iodine with saline or water to make a 1% solution. You could also use hypertonic saline or some other products. Theres some research out there about antiseptic nose spray for covid treatment and prevention.

Check out the website I mentioned. They have a protocol including ivermectin dosing, vitamins, supplements like quercetin, melatonin etc and also they recomment fluvoxamine , an antidepressant which may be helping with the inflamatory stage.

They also have a list of doctors who will prescribe ivermectin and fluvoxamine which is good to have. But durvet will be okay. If you dose it right.

Ive read a bunch of safety studies and high dose studies of ivermectin. The standard dose for treating parasites is .2mg /kg (your weight on the durvet plunger) . Theyve shown that 10x that amount was tolerated safely with mild to moderate side effects in a single dose (2mg/kg) as was 1mg/kg 3 times in a week. Im not sure I would want to try that all at once but it would not kill you. Covid19criticalcare is saying .4 mg /kg per day at least, which is 2x your bodyweight on the durvet tube, which would be about 2mg/kg cumulative dose after 5 days .

Here’s another doc. from that site which is a bit out of date (they have revised recommendations periodically) but it lists most of the meds that have interactions with ivermectin, most of which are MILD. Has some other useful info as well.

Totally nuts. Just the other day my friend was hit with a neutron beam while making amputees grow their limbs back for only $40. Poor dude went home and just passed out until I found him and took him to the ER. He had 7 heart attacks.

But he also says Ivermectin is safe. What a coincidence.
