He was in a position with leverage to influence and push against this. Now he has none of that.

Some small percentage will always be rebels. But the majority of kids become exactly what they were taught to be. Whoever controls the education of a nation's children, controls that nation's future. Giving that away to your enemy is a profoundly foolish thing to do.

Dumb ass...the correct course of action when you encounter this shit in the workplace is to vehemently oppose it. Stand up in the lecture and oppose everything they say. Demand they remove the course, speaker and any materials from the workplace. DO NOT TOLERATE RACISM, SEXISM or ATTACKS AGAINST YOUR CULTURE.

The point being: MAKE THEM FIRE YOU!

Then you have a wrongful termination suit and they have to pay your unemployment.

If you quit, you lose, they win because I guarantee nobody read that letter to the end and even if they did they wouldn't give it two seconds of consideration. This guy's heart is in the right place but he is a moron.
