BMI is a tool to compare populations. Many people could only reach BMI "healthy weight" by being skinny as hell with no muscle mass.

That said, this bitch is gross as fuck and deserves no medical care as she clearly doesn't care at all for her own health.

I think you are overplaying this effect. I agree that muscle mass can skew BMI but whenever you hear a fatty complain about it, muscle is not the factor.

Also, as other goats mentioned, it's more likely to punish naturally thin people as accidentally being anorexic than a fit human as accidentally obese.
