Me just doing some practice

The last two years were hell. At 16 weeks pregnant my wife found out she had kidney disease, she spent alot of time in the hospital was induced two months early due to issues with kidneys, our son came out fine and is few days short of one year. I'm very active so sitting around a hospital was driving me crazy I needed something to do but the wife was sleeping alot so I for some reason went with knitting I'm still a noob but working at it

Also had a kid recently and the hospital is third world. The doctor did everything in his power to have a c section and we caught her every step of the way.

Glad I was there because if I wasn’t shit would have gone down.

Thing is Boomers could have fixed all this long ago because EVERY boomer I ever talked to had horror stories with birth but we’re too cowardly to fight the system.

So malpractice continues decades later.

Luckily we are in the US, and had great medical here wife was doing dialysis 4 times a week during pregnancy and hormone treatment so her bone marrow would make red blood cells. She a kinda celebrity at the hospital cause of everything. Most women with her advanced kidney disease don't have success. She have 6% kidney function after the birth

Going to need more practice for that, going to do a hat for the son and wife next as I have done anything in the round yet

So far everything is good, she got a kidney transplant in March so far everything is checking out
