And that he's taken fun photos of him recreating the picture as an adult, smiling. And can be seen smiling next to a photo of his baby self in an interview, further publicizing the picture, which being public, is traumatic for him.

I remember this guy saying in one of his interviews that he often hired himself out to appear at parties as the "Nirvana Baby" and swim around in the pool. There's apparently a whole market for semi-celeb party guests you can hire. Guess that revenue stream dried up with the pandemic. It just occurred to me that what this guy is doing in adulthood is both figuratively and literally a reenactment of that old album cover.

Parents shpuld take note before sharing their child's image on social media. What happened to this guy is a mere slice of what is going to be thw majority of adults in 20 years. I see it every day. Nude baby photos in parent groups all over the world. I don't share my kids image with strangers online specifically to protect their privacy when they are adults.
