Stuff like this needs an ADULT tag, they're right there when you create your post, check 'em https://www.voat.xyz/rules.php. Thanks for your help with this going forward, I got this one.
The ADULT tag simply takes NSFW one step further. So here's one example: if you want to post some guy hanging from a tree, that's NSFW. If he's nude, then you throw on the Adult tag. Neither of these tags stops you from posting, blumen4alles, so I guess I'm not sure what your issue really is here. We've tried to put in a few guidelines so that users can see what they want, when they want it. As for wikipedia, meh, pretty jewy in there. We've defined what's needed here at our site, not theirs. And I do know that you weren't arguing with me, sometimes it's necessary to clarify things for the rest of the community and that's why I replied to your comment. You are free to feel that we have improperly created- and ask for the use of- the Adult tag, but like, that's just your opinion man ;) When in doubt put on the tag; I've removed a ton of tags that don't belong too.
