Subcontract my work to his company so my total income goes to the company. Essentially I would own absolutely nothing, since the company would own everything from my house, to my car, to everything in between, even my fucking phone. So kinda like Agenda 30, you'll own nothing and be happy?
The worst part is the liability would still fall on me ... So I own nothing, but still pay for those items which the company owns.
Or maybe there is a method to the madness, but i sure cant figure it out. Maybe this is how the super rich offset taxes? I have no fucking clue, except to know the only person making any gains in this crap scheme that was suggested is definitely not me

Yeah trying to figure out the angle on this one is really hard since im not as familiar with contract law. I wanted to setup a living trust but this doesn't look like it at all. Essentially im just gifting him assets for nothing in return. And whilst riders can be created to enforce certain conditions post death, there is absolutely zero guarantee this nigger would ever follow through. I mean they can only be as valid as its enforcement which wouldnt work in this case, cause dumb monkey can come back with hundreds of excuses. What gives it away this is a bad deal is actually interesting.
I asked him if he was so sure, he could put his house under the company name, but he told me HE couldnt do it, but that i could because im "single". So i asked him if he would make his company the beneficiary on his life insurance policy. He said no, but that i should make mine go to his companyat 100% (to the tune of 1.5 million) upon my death. What kicks me off about all this is the sheer desperation of all of his "advice". I even told him im not looking to do any of this because of how volatile and wrong it can go (if he owns my house he can essentially evict me for any reason down the road and rent it out and there's nothing i can do)

Well in this case I would be paying the taxes by paying the company which then pays the taxes. Essentially, I would own all the liabilities whilst the company owns all the assets
So his scheme is actually worst than i imagined. His idea is that i transfer ownership of all my houses to his company. I told him one is being sold so it would be too much paperwork to do so, but he's still pushing. I've never seen so much desperation to have something done this way knowing that it'll be a complete waste of time. From the proceeds of the one house (roughly 300,000) he would then use that to fund his company, and pay taxes, etc. With house number two, he would then use the proceeds of the rental income, and then leverage the house to get a business loan to play casino gambling. So in practice not only do i not own the house, if his "plan" would ever go south, there would be two unpayable liens on it too. I think this is what makes me so viscerally angry at the plan, this nigger's plan is to literally generate as much debt as is humanly possible by fucking over other people
The ironic thing is he ended up sending 25,000 to some Nigerian scammer, and then begged me for cash because they didn't pay out. There's something about niggers which makes you instantly hate them, and its shit like this
