I run XprivacyLUA on my rooted phone and block apps from seeing my battery level, my installed apps, my account name, all that shit.

I wouldn't put it by Uber/Lyft to pull some bullshit like this. However, I took an uber ride a month ago from the airport to my house. Battery was at 5%, the ride was dirt cheap; $18.50 to my house which is the lowest I've ever seen it. Usually it's $20-35 from that location
