If the Courts allow this nonsense, they will officially declare that foreign nations have standing to sue private businesses, but states don't have standing to sue other states.
If a foreign government is given standing to target private gun manufactures, then foreign governments can sue our entire military industrial complex. This is an existential threat to our national security.
