How often you hear about chinese being busted for not paying taxes? You don't actually think they're paying all their taxes do you? Chinatowns have always been "poor" as in their neighborhoods don't pay much taxes. That's what a "poor neighborhood" means.

They don't go on the internet and make big stinks about it and write down methods for cheating the taxes or tell not chinese what they're doing.

Understand the tax codes and what you can do to hide your money. Being an employee is not a good thing. Opening lots of businesses that don't make money and having the books to prove it is. Anytime you make a dollar that isn't in cash, it goes here, it goes there, but it does not go to the government.

White people have fucked themselves because their family and friends won't be part of it as easily and and certainly as all the other colors unless you're into big money they get a good portion of. Otherwise all your relatives would be getting paychecks they don't get.
