Go to https://www.voat.xyz/v/Strange_Coincidences and take a look at the sidebar. After I edited it, it turned into that mash of shit.

this "\\r\\n\\r\\n" appears no matter what i try

I've had similar issues when making posts. The text looks one way in the input or edit box, and another way when published for everyone else to see it.
