I've never read it put this way. Spot-on.

And the despicable promise of "activists" has always been : If we give them enough money and enough White inventions, they'll become exactly like us.

Over and over they fail and fail again and they're never good enough. It just feeds the never ending cycle of intervention to make then good enough, white like enough to be in our society without killing, robbing, raping. The chinamen just hate us and can't make good products, but nobody tells them they aren't good enough because they aren't killing
and raping, but they're crooked as hell and unethical by our standards, and don't help anyone else. They'll step over you while you bleed to death and pretend they didn't see you.

Boiled down to vernacular: They hate us 'cause they ain't us.
