It's dumb. It has nothing to do with Soros. China doesn't give a fuck about remaking Afghanistan into a Western country. China is making deals with the winning side that will rule the country. And the Taliban don't give a fuck about how China treats it's Muslims, because they know that China doesn't give a fuck what they think. So the Taliban will trade their resources for Chinese-built infrastructure.
