Indeed, the twitter canary died and putt never addressed it. Which means the canary did it's job, whoever that guy was, we can reasonably assume as a fact that it wasn't "putt" or whoever started the site.
Personally? I believe he was privately offered a large sum of money to sell the site and walk away from it. I almost wouldn't blame him, if it weren't such a jewish thing to do.
