Thats the inevitable result of those who say "We do free speech." but then list a long list of naughty things that are not included.

Even though the First Amendment is very clear in that there should be no law of any kind what so ever limiting communication somehow Free Speech is anything but. There is always some faggot that pops up to say "Yeah but that speech is criminal so it doesnt count." Oblivious to the definitions of words and the intent behind the constitution alike.
I question if they would still think it "Free Speech" when the only legal sentence left is "Yes master."
